Limited Lifetime Warranty

Repair Work You Can Count On

At West York Collision Center, we stand behind our workmanship. Repairs eligible for our Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered for as long as you own the repaired vehicle.

If you have a concern about a covered repair, contact our team. We’ll inspect your vehicle, review the concern, and explain the next steps for addressing it.

What the Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying work completed by West York Collision Center and documented on your final repair order. Depending on the repairs performed, workmanship coverage may include:

  • Body and structural repairs

  • Paint refinishing

  • Striping and decals added during the repair

  • Installation of covered replacement parts

If we confirm a covered paint concern, West York Collision Center may re-prime, repaint, restripe, or reapply decals to the affected repaired area. Paint coverage applies only to finishes placed over an original factory surface with no pre-existing defects.

How Long Is the Warranty Valid?

Coverage lasts while the customer named on the original repair order owns the repaired vehicle. The warranty applies only to that customer and vehicle; it cannot be transferred if the vehicle is sold or ownership changes.

Parts and Outside Services

Parts, materials, and services supplied by others, including sublet work and labor, may carry a separate supplier or manufacturer warranty. Any coverage for those items is governed by the terms, conditions, and limits of that specific warranty.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage from a subsequent accident or impact

  • Negligence, abuse, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

  • Ordinary wear and tear

  • Rust or corrosion that begins beneath or comes through the vehicle’s metal

  • Scratches, chips, dents, or gravel marks from normal driving

  • Areas or components outside the original repair

  • Damage or defects that existed before the repair

  • Towing, rental cars, travel, or other incidental costs

  • Indirect or consequential damage to components outside the original repair

Questions About a Completed Repair?

Contact West York Collision Center before another shop repairs the area in question. We’ll review your original repair order, inspect the vehicle, and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

Disclaimer: Warranty coverage is governed by the final repair order and the full terms provided by West York Collision Center. West York Collision Center must authorize warranty service before any repair work is performed.
